Hi, this is your friend Moira Shepard with this Miracle Minute.
Here is a thought from American scientist and inventor George Washington Carver:
I pray like everything depends on God. Then I work as if everything depends on me.
This great man’s recipe for success combines two major principles – faith and action.
As long as we have faith without action, we’re living in a dream world.
As long as we have action without faith, we find little satisfaction in what we achieve and keep looking for the next thing to fulfill us.
When we ask our Higher Power to support our good intentions, our actions get supported, too.
Many of us believe we have to do it all alone. We can, if we choose. It’s the hard way, but it’s definitely an option.
Would it make sense to collaborate with your Higher Power so the results you desire can happen more quickly and easily?
What is more important – achieving the result you desire, or doing it all yourself?
Would you like to know how and why and what it feels like to have faith in yourself?
Would you like to know how worthy you are to collaborate with your Higher Power in ways that serve your highest and best good?
Would you like to know your actions still matter, and you are still valuable and important, even if your results come easily?
If so, say “Yes” out loud now and feel the energy flowing in through the top of your head.
Now, notice how you feel. Notice what’s different about your life in the coming week. And if you give thanks for those changes, it will trigger more miracles.
That’s your Miracle Minute with Moira Shepard. Have a miraculous day!
