Hi, this is your friend Moira Shepard with a Miracle Minute for you.

Here is a thought from Jawaharlal Nehru, onetime Prime Minister of India:

Life is like a game of cards. The hand you are dealt is determinism; the way you play it is free will.

Many of us look back on our earlier years with regret or resentment. Our parents should have loved us more (or less); our teachers should have had more patience with us (or less); our parole officer should have … you get the idea.

When we look back from this standpoint, we place ourselves in the position of victim. It’s as if we perceive ourselves as the cards, and others are playing us.

In fact, those people handed cards to you in your role as another player. What you did with them was up to you. Still is.

Are you willing to let go of the idea that everything painful in your life has to be someone’s fault?

Would you like to know the difference, from your Higher Power’s perspective, between placing blame and taking responsibility – and what will happen if you do take responsibility?

Would you like to know what it feels like to know who you are and how to live your life free of regret and resentment – and what to do instead, that serves your highest and best good now?

If so, say “Yes” out loud now* and feel the energy flowing in through the top of your head.

Now, notice how you feel. Notice what’s different about your life in the coming week. And if you give thanks for those changes, it will trigger more miracles.

That’s your Miracle Minute with Moira Shepard. See you next time. Have a miraculous day!

* Seriously. This energetic download will only go in with your verbal permission, because we honor your free will. If you want it, say “Yes” out loud. This makes you a co-creator in the healing, giving it more depth and power.
