Here is a thought from American author, healer and publisher Louise Hay:
When people come to me with a problem … there is only one thing I ever work on, and that is loving the self.
Some of us have an easy time loving ourselves, while others find it more difficult.
Why is that?
Possible reasons include:
Feeling unworthy of love
Didn’t get enough love as a child
Feeling we’ve made too many mistakes to be worth loving
Waiting for someone else to love us before we love ourselves
Believing that loving yourself means you’re egotistical, arrogant, conceited, etc.
Thinking we’re too (fill in the blank) to love ourselves
If you have any of these beliefs, would you like to know the truth about them now, from the highest perspective?
Would you like to know how, why and what it feels like to understand how worthy and deserving you are of love, exactly as you are right now?
Is it okay to fill every cell in your body with the energy of unconditional self-love now, and show you what will really happen if you allow this?
If so, say “Yes” out loud now* and feel the energy flowing in through the top of your head.
Now, notice how you feel. Notice what’s different about your life in the coming week. And if you give thanks for those changes, it will trigger more miracles.
That’s your Miracle Minute with Moira Shepard. See you next week. Have a miraculous Monday!
