Do you know that chronic pain is such an epidemic that over 90% of Americans suffer in some way. It’s amazing that we can put a man on the moon yet we can’t find a successful, natural solution to get to the SOURCE of our pain.
Thousands and thousands of people with all sorts of pain from back, neck, and shoulder pain, headaches, migraines, to name a few greatly benefit from this information and now lead pain-free lives. Now it’s your turn to be pain-free!
So let’s get started.
First of all, it’s vital to fully grasp WHERE most of your pain comes from and what causes it. Sure, you already know that stress, injury, and poor posture to just name a few lead to pain yet you still keep asking yourself why does my pain not go away for good…especially after taking those pills, stretching, or getting adjustments.
Now is a perfect time as any to introduce to you a new word, a word that for many has saved them from a life of suffering. This word, trigger points, was proven by Dr. Janet Travell in the 1950’s to be at the source or cause of 90% of your pain.
By the way if you want credentials, Dr. Travell is THE American pioneer in chronic muscular pain in our country, the first female white house physician, JFK’s doctor, and the only person to get rid of JFK’s debilitating back pain and save him from quitting office.
For some reason, these trigger points or tight little knots within your muscles have become the hidden spot that most doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists fail to check as the cause of your pain.
You can stretch, strengthen, and get five adjustments a week until your head is spinning around, yet if your trigger points are not released FIRST then your pain may never go away…and you’re just contributing to the practitioners’ 401K plan. I don’t know about you but that can be awfully expensive.
Well, there you have it. You’re first lesson in eliminating your pain forever is to finally discover that your pain is not in your head, it’s not in your bones, it’s in small little knots within your muscles called trigger points.
Ok…here’s a tip:
Consult a qualified and licensed certified neuromuscular therapist for a complete evaluation of your trigger points, muscles, and posture.
