Here is the skinny on mixing:

Mix a BIG bold pattern with a more subtle pattern

Mix stripes with florals. Yes, you read that right. At least have one of the colors be the common denominator

When mixing the same pattern – like florals – Vary the size of the florals.

An animal print blouse looks terrific with pinstripes, herringbone or tiny polka dot skirt, pants or suit.

It may seem complicated to mix things up – but it’s fun!
