1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down on your back and close your eyes.
Begin to slow your breathing.

3. Next, imagine a beautiful horse coming towards you. This horse represents your psychic intuition.
As it approaches you, imagine that you can feel its presence.
What does this feel like to you? Is it warm? Is it cool? Is it like a soft breeze?
How does it make you feel? Does it make you feel calm, emotional, safe?
4. It’s important you really make an effort to acknowledge what it feels like to be in the presence of your psychic intuition. Over time, you can remember this feeling and experience to call upon your own psychic intuition.
5. Now imagine this beautiful horse can speak to you.
What might he or she say?
Ask him what to do about your relationship.
Tell him about your concerns, fears and feelings.
How does he respond?
6. When you receive his message, thank him and direct your attention back to your own body.
Slowly pull yourself back into your own space.
Take a moment to breath and then open your eyes.
